Hello again fellow bloggers! Today is the 4th day of lock-down which also means it time to complete our 4th distance learning task. As you can tell from the title, I´m creating a Mars Helicopter to fly onto mars and discover life on other planets. Me and Belinda attempted to do it on Minecraft Education, but it was hard to make the top layer. So we I have done it individually by drawing it. I draw a rover exploring mars.
I found it challenging to draw the mechanical claw , but found it easy to make the base. Im gonna colour it in soon but for now im gonna leave it as it is.
Hello fellow bloggers today I will be doing a blog post on k-pop as a suggestion from someone anonymous. I´m am just obsessed with k-pop this year! For you people who don´t know much about k-pop its an acronym for Korean pop. I adore mostly all the k-pop groups out there, but I am especially obsessed with these two k-pop groups - Stray Kids and Bts. I know almost everything about them have a whole journal all about them even thier profiles, etc.
Now I might tell you some information on BTS and Stray Kids. Iv´e been an ARMY and a Stay for over 1 year now. Their music is just so amazing and I just wish I could see them in person. ( ARMY is BTS fans and Stay are Stray kids fans. Anyways here are some BTS facts for those of you who want to Stan them or just know more about them:
BTS Facts:
They have been active for over 8 years.
They have the biggest fanbase in the world.
They have worked with UNICEF to launch their love myself campaign.
It consist of 7 members : RM, Jin, Suga,J-hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook.
The hyung line members are : Jin, Rm, Suga, and J-hope. ( Meaning they are the eldest members )
The Maknae line members are : Jimin, V, and Jungkook.
BTS´s real names are: Rm - Namjoon, Jin- Seokjin, Suga - Yoongi, J-hope - Hoseok, Jimin- Jimin, V - Taehyung, Jungkook- Jungkook.
Their fanchant goes like this - Kim Namjoon, Kim Seokjin, Min Yoongi, Jung Hoseok, Park Jimin, Kim Taehyung, Jeon Jungkook - BTS.

They work for an agency that´s Called Bighit Entertainment otherwise know as HYBE
Bts stands for Bangtan Sonyeondan which translates to Bulletproof Boy Scouts.
I know more facts but It would be too long to read or write so these will have to do for now. Anyways, onto Stray Kids facts :
They have two Australian members - Felix and Bang Chan. Who can speak fluent english
Han has the most Aegyo
One of their former members ( Woojin ) Left due to taking Felix´s spot in elimination. That´s why he was only in the group for over 1 year.
They have been active for over 3 years.
Felix has trained for 1 and a half years.
Their Fanchant goes like this : Bang Chan, Lee Minho, Seo Changbin, Hwang Hyunjin, Han Jisung, Lee Felix, Kim Seungmin, Yang Jeongin - Stray Kids.

I hope those facts help you learn a bit about my favourite k-pop groups. If you were to chose I k-pop group I recommend being a ARMY or a Stay. But if you like other k-pop groups i´m not forcing you. K-pop is one of my favorite genres of music. They´re lyrics have deep meaning to it. My favourite song from Bts is Magic shop and Life goes on, and For Stray Kids It has to be Mixtape oh and The Veiw. These are my favorite songs because they have very deep meaning to their lyrics. I recommend you listen to them if you had the time. But here are some kpop facts about me:

Why I got interested in k-pop: There music is so powerful and I dont see why people hate it. In my opinion I think k-pop is the best genre of music. But the main reason why I got interested is becuase of the bands backstory and how far they´ve come. I want to make as much memories as possible before they disband.
How did I find BTS and Stray Kids: I just found one of there music videos on my recommended for YouTube and listened to it. It was actually Idol by Bts that I first heard of. Back door by Stray kids was soon found later. Surprisingly i found it quite soothing. I started to get more and more interested with them and now I stream their music videos nonstop. Then I became an ARMY and a STAY.
What does BTS and SKZ mean to me/ What do I see in BTS and Stray Kids: I see there personalities within their members. They have all become so successful in life. Some members have unsupportive parents or mental illness but I was so glad to see them get through it. I use their qoutes alot as well.
My Favorite k-pop soloist: IU , Somi, and Jessi. I like Iu´s Celebrity song so that got me to know more about her.
Were there any problems for me being a ARMY and a Stay: Only a few. When I found out their disbandation date I was quite shocked. But then there were the bigger problems, Blinks otherwise known as Blackpink Stans; have started to threaten BTS fans. But luckily I wasn´t involved in one of them. Blinks started to spread more rumors about BTS and it really hurt me knowing I couldn´t stop them. Its quite challenging seeing your favorite k-pop group hurt. Hence, It isn´t that hard but its quite deppressing.
When did I get so interested in BTS and Stray Kids: It started about a few months ago, around mid January. I started listen to their songs regularly and became a ARMY and a Stay. For as long as I remember I would always stream their new music videos so that they get as much views as possible.
Why do I only like BTS and Stray Kids: Thats not necessarily true. I like other k-pop groups as well such as Itzy and TXT. But I have one important rule for being a k-pop stan - Stick with your top 2 k-pop groups. Its not that I dont want to stan other k-pop groups its just that I am minimalist. I chose BTS and Stray Kids becuase they stand out to me.
My Favorite K-drama: Meteor Garden. I mean like I just love it becuase of the plot twists, turn of events, and the mysterious characters. But I would reccomend watching it.

Here is some advice from me: Even if you dont want to stan BTS and/or Stray Kids, Go your own path even if you want to live for a day. ( Those lyrics were by BTS ) Do what makes you happy. And If you find a k-pop group you love and are passionate about, Stan them. Make as many memories as possible before they disband. Stream their new MV´s. Thats what Im trying to do nowadays. Seeing BTS and Stray Kids live their life to the fullest, Make happy memories together, and mature are one of the many things I do as a K-pop Stan. Hello fellow bloggers! Once again I have come with another task to share. This time I was working with a friend of mine. We put together a slideshow presentation of what we made. As you all know Im a very big fan of K-pop. Me and Belinda even added our favorite k-pop groups so it was like how we would design it. Mine is BTS and Stray kids and Belinda´s is Enhypen. I made my 2 satellites BTS and Stray kids themed. Each slide shows you the rockets me and Belinda designed.
Belinda made an Enhypen satellite explaining the outside of a satellite, while I did a Bts satellite which talks about the wings and a Stray kids satellite which talks about the body.On the second slide you can press on the logo of the satellite you want to see the most and It will take you there. I found it hard to make the line intact with the wings, but found it easy to design it and colour it.
As you all know its the second day of lock down , so that means its the time to post what kea´s second task was. Whaea Sarah was in charge of telling us what our second task was. She explained that we had to make our own space helmet out of objects we find around our household. We could construct it out of plates, or draw it, or make it digital. I didn´t quite find the equipment i needed to build a space helmet, so I decided to make it on google drawings.
I labeled my helmet with all the things it can help me with in outer space. I found it challenging to use the formatting options because i wanted to change the colour of my helmet or drop the shadow reflection. I found it easy to design it and add my personal touch to it.
I added SKZOO to the side to make it look more fun. I added arrows pointing to the labels so you can read it.
( SKZOO is a project by Stray Kids, where each member has a cartoon avatar representing them)
Today the kea team planned out an activity to keep us occupied during lockdown. That activity was to draw or make a rocket. I drew a rocket because I found it quite challenging to find the materials to make one. I found it easy to draw all of the feature to my drawing and I found it challenging to color it becuase it took time.
I added my own twist to my rocket so it looked different. I drew the rocket with a BTS logo because I am obsessed BTS. And I also drew half the earth to show the rocket escaping the earths gravitational pull. The fins on my rocket help the aerodynamics accelerate . Accelerate means to make it move quickly and/or faster. And aerodynamics is the force of which an object can interact with the air with a solid body. This with make my rocket move more faster escaping earths gravitational pull.
On Tuesday, All the year 6´s from the Kea team walked to Wesley Intermediate. It wasn't that long of a walk to get to the Intermediate. We entered the gate of Wesley Intermediate and met the vice-principal, Mr Taufia ( sorry for wrong spelling ). He introduced himself and asked us some questions before we went inside.
Once we went inside we were all amazed at how different and unique the intermediate was. We walked passed some hallways and into the Gym/Hall. Then we went outside and Mr. Taufia gave us a tour. He first showed us where the Woodwork class was. We all went inside and observed all the different tools.
Then we went into the little hallways and entered the next room; the music room. In that room was a bunch of musical Instruments some even used in orchestras! There were ukuleles, Guitars, Keyboards, and Drums. Then Mr. Taufia said that they were the only school in New Zealand that had a Caribbean Drum group.
Then we went outside and saw where we could spend our Morning tea and Lunch playtime. We were not allowed to go where the Wesley intermediate students were. Soon, we went into the Hall and saw May Road Primary. We sat down in our colour groups - Red, Pink, Green, Black, Blue. I was in the Black group with Ashley, Mele, Doris, Haydara, Joseph, and Rakaii.
Then we saw some Wesley Intermediate students sitting on benches near May Road. Then we met the Principal and our leaders. Our leaders were the ones who would take us to our assigned classes. Our leader was Bella and Gammado. Our first-class was robotics. We met Mrs. Mundy and some more helpers. We used Scratch to code our spheros. Spheros are some sort of round ball controlled by a coding app. After we finished we went back to the hall to have morning tea. Then we went outside to play. After we went back to go to our next class - cooking.
We went to cooking and got the instructions. Our teacher said we were going to make brownies. Then she took us through of all the different recipes and pastries we could make when we went here next year. We went to a station with a helper from the intermediate. We started following the instructions while our helpers heated the baking trays. We ended up pouring the batter into the tray and put it in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
Then for lunch, we went to the hall and ate our brownies and lunch from school. And again we went outside to spend playtime. Then Bella and Gammado took us to our final class- art. We met Mrs. Sialoa. She taught us how to use oil pastels and blend in colours. We had to try and blend different colours and make shades. After we each got a piece of black paper and drew lines and colored it in with our oil pastels. We blended in it from darkest to lightest.
Then we all went back to the hall to receive our certificates. Then we all said goodbye to May Road and left. So to end, this was Kea´s Wesley intermediate experience.
Have you ever tried a gravitational force experiment? Try taking an empty and a full bottle and dropping them both on the ground at the same time and height. Notice Anything? What happened was a gravitational pull. The full bottle fell down first right? Force is what happens when an object with a greater mass than the other falls first. This also happens when the mass of an object affects the gravitational pull.
Isaac Newton, a former scientist is one of the many scientist who had a theory of how gravity was formed. The story or myth of how this happened was , when Newton was sitting under a tree an apple fell on his head. At first glance he thought the sky was collapsing on him. Eventually he had another theory of how gravity was formed but that´s not concluded yet.
Soon more and more scientist started to form more theories of how gravity was formed. The most common theory is that gravity keeps the things on the earth from floating into outer space. There is no gravity in space, that´s why planets float around and orbit our solar system.
Then, a conclusion was formed. Why scientist are researching further on why there is no gravity in space. Referring back to experiment I mentioned at the beginning. Kea did the exact same experiment on Monday. They tried it with different objects, dropped them at different heights, and dropped them at different times.
The surface force, mass, and matter affected how the objects dropped and landed. In other words the one with more mass and matter fell first. So to conclude that´s how a gravitational force affected how an object landed.
